Case Study
2020 U.S. Census — Guam Outreach

The Story
What we built, and why it worked.
The 2020 U.S. Census was one of the largest coordinated communications efforts on Guam that decade — every household, every village, one message: be counted.
Thrive's founders executed the island's federal Census outreach campaign — community-level communications work at federal scale, planned and delivered on island, for an effort where participation directly shapes Guam's funding and representation.
It remains a defining proof point: this team can carry federal-grade communications requirements — scale, accountability, deadlines — with island-level cultural fluency no off-island agency can match.
Figures reflect documented results; outcomes vary by campaign.
