About
Building the island's largest audience.
It started as a food blog and a video page. Today it's the island's largest owned audience — and the full-service agency built around it.
Our Story
From two pages to the whole island.
- 2018
The beginning.
It started with two platforms — Guam Food Blog and Guam Videos — and a simple bet: Guam's audience was online and underserved. Both are still anchor properties of the network today.
- 2020
Guam News is born.
Launched during the pandemic, Guam News grew into the island's most-watched digital news source. That same year, the team ran Guam's federal Census outreach campaign.
- 2023–2025
Becoming a company.
Thrive Media Group came together as a company alongside co-founder Tre Blas — building the production crew, scaling the agency, and establishing the exclusive Regal Cinemas partnership.
- Today
A full-service agency.
Strategy, a full production crew, website and AI capability, and the island's largest owned-media network — active across Guam's commercial, public, and civic sectors.
Everything under one roof.
Most of the work other agencies hand off, we keep — concept, production, distribution, web, and the data behind it. With the added tech depth of MacTech Guam, you get one team, one timeline, and one partner accountable for the result.
The Team
